Returns & Refunds policy

Revision Policy
  • Revisions are contingent on the package selected.

  • Clients may request unlimited free revisions at no extra charge so long as the original design concept and scope remain intact.

  • Standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours (business days).

Refund Policy
General
  • Non-refundable after approval or scope change: Any funds paid become non-refundable once initial design concepts are approved or a change in concept/scope is requested.

  • If Neotech cancels or terminates your project for a reason other than your breach or non-performance, we will refund applicable amounts paid for undelivered services.

Eligibility Windows

All refund requests follow the schedule below:

  1. Before delivery of initial concepts: Eligible for full refund less a 10% administration & processing fee.

  2. Within 0–48 hours after initial concept delivery: Eligible for 66% refund (less 10% administration & processing fee).

  3. Within 48–96 hours after initial concept delivery: Eligible for 33% refund (less 10% administration & processing fee).

  4. After 96 hours of initial concept delivery: No refunds. (Contact us—customer satisfaction is important and we’ll work to address concerns through revisions.)

Additional Refund Limitations
  • After entering the revision phase: The refund offer becomes void.

  • Final files delivered: No refunds once final files have been delivered.

  • Inactivity / unresponsiveness:

    • No refund if there is customer inaction for 7 working days.

    • No refund if the customer is unresponsive for 5 working days at any point in the process.

  • Website packages: No refund once the initial website mockup has been revised or inner pages have been created/approved.

  • Bundles / multi-service orders: Refunds apply per individual service.

    • Example: If you ordered a logo and a website, and you approved the logo, you may still be eligible for a website refund only at the initial design stage per the timeline above.

Good-Faith Requirement
  • Our Money-Back Guarantee applies only when orders are placed in good faith. If you place identical orders with multiple agencies for the same job intending to claim multiple refunds, Neotech may decline a refund.

Quality & Brief Alignment
  • A refund request must state a clear, legitimate reason tied to the original brief and the feedback provided during revisions.

  • If concepts were produced in line with the brief, refunds will not be approved; however, we will continue to provide additional revisions within scope until you’re satisfied.

Conduct / Non-Disparagement
  • Both parties (Neotech & Client) agree not to publicly disparage the other (including employees, associates, partners) on public forums, blogs, or social networks during or after the engagement.

Merchant-of-Record Note
  • For services fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Neotech (acting as Merchant of Record), this Refund Policy applies to your purchase with Neotech. Supplier disputes do not alter these terms.

How to Claim Your Refund
To ensure your request is processed efficiently, please:
  1. Email: info@neotechinc.co with the subject “Refund Request ”.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name, company name (if any)

    • A brief description of your concern

    • The date/time you received initial concepts (attach the email if available)

We will first attempt to resolve your concern per our Revision Policy. If unresolved, we’ll confirm approval/denial of your refund request in writing.

IP & Usage on Refund
  • Upon refund, all rights to draft, concept, or delivered designs revert to Neotech.

  • You agree not to use, display, reproduce, or derive any refunded designs or related work product.

  • Neotech may document the refund status for IP protection and to prevent re-use of refunded designs as originals in the future.
